What is Non-Personal Information and when Realore collects it?
Realore may use Flurry analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the Services. If you wish to opt-out from Flurry analytics, please follow this link: http://www.flurry.com/resources/privacy.html. Other analytics and ad-tools may be as well used by Realore. If you wish to opt-out from these tools, please write a letter firstname.lastname@example.org and Realore will provide you with an updated list of the tools we use in order for you to be able to opt-out.
We use this data to benchmark the usage of our games. This means that we regularly look at these statistics and try to find ways to improve our products. Note that we do not track your unique device identifier (UDID) or other personal information — this data is anonymous.

Please note that your access to and use of the Services may be subject to certain third party and Realore is not liable for any such third party terms and conditions and their use of your personal data.
Certain Services that Realore may offer, such as multiplayer gaming, social networking and gaming console services, may use third party services to provide authentication for the Services with a gaming console ID, social networking ID or gaming network account. In connection with such use, certain personally identifiable user and/or membership data may be transferred automatically to and from Realore.

The respective app stores, such as Apple’s App Store and Google Play, collect anonymous sales and usage statistics, and disclose it to us.

Realore will not share any of PII with third parties without your consent, in case such information will become available to us.
You can disable in-app purchases by adjusting your device’s settings.
Realore is not responsible for any PII or Non-Personal Information you make available to public using any of our Services.
Children Privacy Protection.
The Services comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (15 U.S.C. §§
California Online Privacy Act Compliance.
Because Realore values your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your PII to outside parties without your consent in case such information is collected by Realore.
However, like other companies, Realore cannot guarantee 100% the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to us.
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Lithuania (EU), without giving effect to the choice of law rules of such State. Each Party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction competent court of Klaipeda, Lithuania.
Realore makes good faith efforts to enable you to review, update or correct your personal data that may be in Realore’s possession.
